DO I NEED A RESERVATION TO COME IN?

Not at all! Walk-ins are always welcome! But if you want to guarantee yourselves a table and can be here early (especially on Fridays and Saturdays), go for it.

DO I HAVE TO SIT AT A TABLE?

If you have a reservation, yes, we ask that you sit at your table. Tables are in high demand on busy nights, so we try to make sure they're properly utilized. You'll also have a server at your table, so there's no need to run to the bar. (And if the service stinks, tell a manager!)

If you don’t have a reservation, there's plenty of standing room.

WHAT IF I HAVE A RESERVATION AND AM RUNNING LATE?

We are unable to hold reserved tables for more than 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you keep us posted on your situation, we'll do all we can.

SHOULD I TELL YOU IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN MY PARTY?

Yes, before 5:00pm on the day of your reservation. This way we can do our best to accommodate you and our other guests.

RESERVATION POLICY

We are unable to hold reserved tables for more than 15 minutes past your reservation time.

If you send people to “hold” your table, we still reserve the right to take chairs and tables away if we need them and you are not here.

We will contact you the day of your reservation to confirm your party. If we do not hear from you by 5:00pm, your reservation will be cancelled.

17+ RESERVATION POLICY

We’re excited you’re joining us! To ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable experience, we have a special reservation policy for larger parties. This policy is applicable to parties of 17 or more.

POLICY GUIDELINES

Reservations for parties of 17 or more must be guaranteed by credit card.

The size of your party must be provided upon making the reservation.

You will have until 3:00pm on the day of your reservation to change your party size. We will contact you the day of your reservation to confirm your party. If we do not hear from you by 5:00pm, your reservation will be cancelled.

The size of your party should include only those who will be present at the reservation time.

Each member of your party will be charged the admission fee upon entry ($10 on Fridays and Saturdays).

Your party members must arrive no later than 15 minutes after your reservation time.

Your credit card will be charged the admission fee for each member of your party that does not arrive within 15 minutes.

Please note that this fee is not intended to pay for the unoccupied seat. Management reserves the right to use unoccupied tables and chairs to accommodate other guests.

If any party members show up after 15 minutes, they will also be charged the admission fee upon entry. We cannot guarantee late guests a seat. Our staff will make every effort to accommodate those guests.

Due to the high demand for seating, we are strict about arrival times. If you know that someone will be late, please do not include him/her in your reservation. (Walk-ins are welcome at any time.)

CAN WE BRING IN DECORATIONS?

Yes, however, we do not allow:

tablecloths
glitter
confetti
noise-makers
photo collages
Balloons must not block the view of the people behind you

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Holding seats and moving tables is not allowed. Table service is provided to all seated guests.

Reservations may be made from 7:00 to 8:00pm on Saturdays and 7:00 to 9:00pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The show begins at 8:00pm each night.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call us after 3:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday.

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have heard from us.

RENT THE WHOLE ROOM

A "buy out" is an event (usually corporate) that exclusively reserves the entire room for your guests. Such events may occur either during normal business hours or off-hours. Buy outs during business hours (especially on a Friday or Saturday) are not inexpensive.

Large parties that do not meet the above criteria are considered reservations and may be booked here. Parties of 17 or more should refer to our Large Party Reservation Policy.
